EA hasn’t said much about the upcoming Game pack for The Sims 4, but they have described it as a “major first.” Since the announcement, Sims players have speculated endlessly about what the pack could be. Farming content? A teen oriented pack? Amusement parks? Now, an apparent leak has given players a bigger hint at what’s to come.
On the official Sims website, EA shared a tutorial for the new Sims Spark’d challenge. Unfortunately for EA (but fortunately for Sims fans) they forgot to crop their game collection, revealing icons for a new Game pack and some new free content.
At a glance, this seems like it could be some sort of winter resort pack, but a closer look reveals something else entirely. Twitter user @Millow____ has created a larger version of the icon, and that image looks like something out of a science fiction story.
Aliens were added to The Sims 4 in the Get to Work Expansion pack, and the Rocket Science skill was introduced in the base game, so we’re not sure what a space-themed pack would include. Futuristic Build-and-Buy items? Otherworldly travel destination? No matter what the pack includes, we’re guessing it won’t be long before we get an official announcement from EA.
