In order to get the Five Finger Discount Trophy in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, you must steal and fence an item.
So first, you must steal a sellable item. That’s the easy part. You can either loot a chest or attempt to pickpocket someone. Just keep in mind that if you call any attention upon yourself while you’re doing so, you’ll have the crime reported and the guards summoned.
Now you must sell the item to a fence. The trouble is that there are only a few of them in the game. Trader Hidon is the easier one to find, since he’s at Star Camp. Star Camp is where you begin the Travelers storyline, which is basically the Kingdoms of Amalur version of the Thieves Guild.
In case you haven’t located it yet, Star Camp is a forested area that’s surrounded by Haxi to the south, Glendara to the northwest, Lorca-Rane to the northeast, and the Sidhe to the southeast. Here’s a map:
Once you’re there, you’ll just need to talk to Trader Hidon and you’ll be able to sell stolen goods. NPCs tend to walk around a bit, but Hidon can usually be found in this area:
He has a stall over here, though he’s not always working it. You can still trade with him when he’s not, though. In fact, even if he’s sleeping, you can wake him up and initiate a trade.
If you ‘re further along in the game, you can also sell to Eren Calse, the fence in Moon Camp. Moon camp is located south of Rathir.
As long as you sell something that was stolen, you should pop the Trophy.
