In Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, the Venice Beach Secret Tape is one of the harder ones to find. It’s out in the open so you should be able to spot it pretty easily, but it’s not so easy to actually reach it.
Like the Secret Tape in School II, this one takes a bit of prep work. Most importantly, you want to have high Ollie and Speed stats. This Secret Tape takes a pretty incredible leap to reach.
The real trick here is to just build up your Special Bar, hit a quarter-pipe, then do a boneless (up, up, X on PlayStation) as you hit a particular table. If you can hit the right table and time your jump perfectly, you should be able to grind the wire where the Secret Tape is hiding.
