Just like in the old games, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 has you hunting down secret tapes in each stage (or park, as they’re called in this game). School, from the original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, is a bit sneaky. To snag it, you’ll have to get up onto the roof.
Note that I’m referring to the original School from THPS1, and not School II from THPS2. (If you’re looking for the School II secret tape, which is admittedly more difficult than School I, I made a guide for that as well as well.)
You start the map on a little awning. Hop off the awning and head the opposite direction that you started out. You should see a ramp to your left leading up to the roof. Once you’re on the roof, you’ll need to use the ramps to get on top of an elevated square area. There’s a rail up there that leads onto the other awning, and once you find that, you’re home free. The secret tape is right at the end of that.
