Everafter Falls

Everafter Falls is an adorable farming game similar to Harvest Moon or Stardew Valley (with some Animal Crossing tossed in). The development has thus far been handled by one person (under the moniker SquareHusky), but that’s about to change. Sort of.

Tim Carlos has been brought onboard as the game’s composer. About the choice, SquareHusky made the following statement:

As some of you may know, I’ve been solo developing this game for a while now and originally planned to do everything myself.

Well, I soon came to the realization that I do not have the musical talent required to do the game some justice.

I’m very happy to announce that Tim Carlos will be working on the soundtrack. I don’t think I could have found a better fit for the game…

You can check out one of Carlos’ Everafter Falls tracks (and see some very happy cats) in the video below.

Personally, I can’t wait for this game to land on PC and Switch sometime in 2021 or 2022. I find farming games to be joyful and relaxing, and Everafter Falls looks like the perfect game to de-stress to.
