The first thing you might notice about Lonesome Village is that it has an adorable art style. But this is more than just a cutesy little game; Lonesome Village actually looks like a cross between Animal Crossing and The Legend of Zelda.
This is a game where you befriend animals in a cozy little village, but it also features Zelda-like dungeons filled with puzzles.
Developer Ogre Pixel is not ashamed to admit the similarities between their game and these Nintendo classics. This comes straight from their Kickstarter page:
Speaking of Kickstarter, the game is closing down a very successful Kickstarter campaign right now. They met every single one of their stretch goals, raising more than MX$2,000,000 (around $100,000 USD).
That means this game is a reality folks.
