So I’ve been farming tungsten and nickel ingots in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (here’s a trick to doing that easily), and I made a startling discovery: You can actually see which enemies are carrying rare treasures using Odin’s Sight.
All you have to do is scan a group of enemies, and if one has some rare goods, you’ll see a pouch attached to their belt. Take a close look at the image at the top of this article to see for yourself.
Now, I’m not talking about your common drops — a handful of silver, maybe an extra arrow. No, this is the good stuff. This will be a rare ingot or something.
So now, when you’re farming rare ores, like I’ve been doing for the past hour or so, you can immediately spot the correct enemy and get their loot.
I can’t believe I played Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for more than 50 hours before I noticed this. It’s a real game-changer.
