Ghost of a Tale is a 3D stealth action game that features an adorable little mouse as its protagonist. It’s perhaps designed with fans of the Redwall books in mind, though it also has a pirate-inspired visual aesthetic.
It’s an interesting title that comes from Lionel “Seith” Gallat, who’s done work for Dreamworks and Universal Studios. Ghost of a Tale was funded as part of an Indiegogo campaign, and a very early version was released for PC in 2016. The full game finally released in 2018, and it got a PS4 and Xbox One release in 2019. Finally, it landed digitally on Nintendo Switch in October of 2020.
Now, thanks to the folks at Super Rare Games, Ghost of a Tale is getting a physical edition for Nintendo Switch.
The physical edition includes:
- Fully assembled Nintendo Switch game with cartridge
- Interior art
- Full-color manual
- Exclusive sticker
- Three trading cards
The game will get a print run of only 5,000 copies, so you’d better snag one before those sell out. The physical edition of Ghost of a Tale goes up for preorder on November 26, 2020.
