The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

As the name suggests, The Pillar: Puzzle Escape features a series of puzzles to solve. In just about every stage, there is a numbered combination lock, and the sequence of numbers must be discovered somewhere in the stage.

There’s a twist, though. The number sequences seem to be randomly generated. That means the combination I found in each stage will be different from yours. However, the solutions will always appear in the same places.

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

So here’s where to find the combination in every stage in The Pillar: Puzzle Escape.

Intro

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

There are no combination locks in this stage, just the simple puzzle shown above.

Misty Hill Combination

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

Toward the beginning of this stage, you’ll cross a wooden bridge. One section of the bridge has collapsed, and the combination is written on the arch just beyond the collapsed section of bridge.

Garden Combination

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

This is where the game starts getting sneaky. In the center of the garden is a sort of shelter constructed of wooden beams. If you look up at the beams, you’ll see segments of the numbers painted on the bottoms of the beams. You’ll need to line up the beams just right to be able to read the numbers.

Also note that there are two sets of two-digit numbers, which you must combine to make up a four-digit combination. For example, you might find 02 and 45. Your combination would either be 0245 or 4502. You might have to try both versions to see which one works.

Maze Combination

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

This one is more straightforward than Garden’s combination. The combination is on a pillar in the very center of the maze. It rotates, so you’ll have to position yourself correctly to be able to read it.

Gorge Combination

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

An early puzzle in Gorge has you line up a laser beam to levitate a pile of rocks that’s blocking your path. The combination is written on the underside of those rocks. It’s actually really close to where you have to enter the combination, which is pretty convenient.

As a bonus, here’s the solution to the hardest line puzzle in Gorge:

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

You’ll need to solve this puzzle before you activate the laser, and it’s one of the trickiest line puzzles in the entire game.

Stonehenge Combination

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

This one is pretty straightforward. You’ll see the combination written in giant numbers on the faces of stones. You really can’t miss this one, as there are pillar puzzles you’ll solve that will unlock each number one at a time.

8 Stones

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

There is no combination lock in 8 Stones, but there’s a ton of line puzzles. I think this is probably the stage that took me the longest to complete.

There will be one more combination lock to open, so I’ll see you once you reach the Planetarium!

Planetarium Combination

There are two pieces of the combination that you’ll have to find here. The first one is just off to the left of where you begin.

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

The second one can be seen through the bars of the gate.

The Pillar: Puzzle Escape

The number on the boulder comes first, and the one on the gate comes second, so my code was 3218 (32 on the boulder and 18 through the gate).

And there you go!
