Bunk beds are a long-requested feature for The Sims 4. It’s honestly kind of absurd that the game has been out for more than six years and still doesn’t include something as simple as bunk beds.
But finally, on March 23, bunk beds will arrive in The Sims 4. If you’ve logged into the game recently, you might have seen a notification pop that feels a bit reminiscent of a Pokémon reveal. This is definitely intentional, as the flavor text reads, “Who’s that voidcritter!? Find out March 23rd!” (and voidcritters are basically the Sims version of Pokémon).
The news was also announced on the official Sims Twitter feed:
We don’t yet know what else will be included in this update, but one would hope this will continue to add new CC items from top creators (as was the case with February’s free update). We’ll find out, though, as EA is planning on revealing the details on March 22 (which is why the date in the Twitter image is the 22nd rather than the 23rd).
I guess we’ll have to see what’s in store for The Sims 4 during the March 22 reveal.
