Back in December, during the Game Awards 2020, it was announced that Sea of Solitude would be getting a Director’s Cut for Nintendo Switch in March. Well, it’s March now, and Sea of Solitude: The Director’s Cut is out on Switch in just a couple days.
To sweeten the pot, Sea of Solitude: The Director’s Cut is also getting a physical release thanks to the tireless folks at Limited Run Games.
This release skips the massive piles of cool extras that usually accompany Limited Run releases and sticks to just a single physical option that retails for $29.99. On one hand, it’s kind of sad that such a gorgeous game would miss out on extras like a poster or art book, but on the other, those fancy collector’s editions can be quite the blow to our collective wallets.
Pre-orders for the Limited Run physical edition are open now, but they will close on April 4. If you want to snag one of these cartridges, you’ll need to act fast.
