Layers of Fear 2 has been out for two years now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. But now, this horror-filled ship is setting sail on Nintendo Switch as well. Layers of Fear 2 will be available on Switch starting May 20, 2021.
If you’re not familiar, this is a first-person psychological thriller that puts you in the role of a Hollywood actor shooting a film on a cruise ship. And then things start to get… well, weird. The first game in the series was critically acclaimed and heavily inspired by Hideo Kojima’s P.T. demo. We actually put Layers of Fear: Legacy on our list of best horror games on the Switch, so it’s really nice to see the sequel joining it on Nintendo’s handheld.
With the move to Switch, Layers of Fear 2 is getting a 10% pre-order discount off its retail price of USD 29.99 / EUR 29.99.
