Mortal Shell is an incredible-but-short Soulslike from developer Cold Symmetry. Last year, I said that Mortal Shell is one of the few Soulslike games that really seems to understand what makes Dark Souls great.
So it’s really cool to see Mortal Shell getting some DLC. Yes, Mortal Shell: The Virtuous Cycle was announced during the IGN Expo livestream during the Summer Game Fest.
We really don’t know a lot about the DLC yet. It doesn’t have a release date (except for “Coming Soon”) and we only got a brief video snippet. Still, more Mortal Shell is always a good thing.
Mortel Shell is currently available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC.
