Like the classic NES games of yore, Infernax contains a whole bunch of cheat codes. You’ll enter them into a menu called the Game Wizard (which is a take on the classic Game Genie).
To access the Game Wizard, you can either enable it in the menu (under Accessibility), or find the actual in-game location (in a crypt to the east of where you fight the werewolf). Here’s where it’s located:
Now, once you open up the Game Wizard, you can type in one of these eight-digit codes to enable cheats. Once you’ve activated a cheat, you can toggle it on or off using the Game Wizard option at any shrine.
Here’s a list of codes:
- SEPPINOT – Infinite Jumps
- NINPIOUS – Invincibility
- TEYETPAX – Jetpack
- PAINSAVV – Chainsaw
- PAINTGAL – Paintball Mode
- ALEXKOLE – Get 99,999 Gold
- GKZNATEI – Get 99,999 XP
- UNKLZXXG – Infinite Mana
- ATPGNING – Over-the-Top Gore
- AUGKIOPP – Start with 99 Lives
- NOTPOZES – Motor-Cedor
And as a bonus, there are some non-Game-Wizard cheats for you.
First off, if you use the Konami code at the start screen, you will get a machine gun and a flippy jump.
Also, you can unlock additional characters by typing in their names in the character name box at the start of the game.
- AXCEDOR – an axe-wielding warrior
- GARDAKAN – a spell-flinging mage
- SWORDCEDOR – the evil version of Alcedor (with a longsword)
- LACHHH – a smaller version of Alcedor
- STRANGER – a shotgun-wielding stranger (added to the game on October 25, 2022)
That just blew my mind that you can do full fledged Sorcerer playthrough thanks
I’m really drawn to classic mage-style classes, so the fact that Infernax has one was a lovely surprise (though it’s hard to deny the Contra-style run-and-gun character is probably the most fun of all the characters in this game).
how do you find put about these codes? is there in the game that tells you? great job btw
When you unlock an ending, you’ll get a book that ends up in your library based on which ending you got. Each book has a little surprise in it, like a code or an alternate character. The Konami code, though, was revealed by the devs before the game came out (it was also in the Trophy list).
Oh, and I forgot to mention that two of the Game Wizard codes are in the game’s accessibility menu.
anyway LACHH is the best character ever
How many endings can you get in a single playthrough? And how do you get them?
The answer to that question is complicated. Here’s a resource that will help you out.

You can only get a single ending per playthrough, unless you manage to save at the right moment. By reloading a save, I think you could PROBABLY get 3 endings in one run, but you’d have to go for an evil ending (do all the ultimate evil stuff, but stop before you get the Necronomicon), then reload your save, get to the spot just before you get the Necronomicon, save again, choose the path where you submit to Robert, then reload the save and choose the path where you don’t submit to Robert (I’m being intentionally vague here).
If none of what I said makes sense, you’ll definitely want to check out the guide I linked you.
Thanks so much!!!
You are very welcome!
You can get a total of 5:
Coward;
Drowsiness;
Evil;
Submission;
Ultimate Evil.
A good run then allows you 3 with the book filled:
Good;
Ultimate Good;
Future.
Unfortunately, the Redemption one has to be done separately.
Coward technically doesn’t count, because it will end your playthrough before you have a chance to save. But yeah, you could get Drowsiness, Evil, Submission, and Ultimate Evil in a single run if you know exactly what you’re doing.
So that’s four possible endings in one run, not three like I said earlier.
What does paintball mode even do
makes the red blood multicolored I would imagine
