Coromon - Jebediah

In Coromon, it won’t be long before you’ll find yourself in a quaint little village called Hayville. There’s a library here, which contains all sorts of information about Coromon training. It also contains an obnoxious know-it-all named Jebediah.

The first time you talk to Jebediah, he’ll brag about how smart he is, which kicks off the quest “Battle of Wits.” This quest requires you to beat Jebediah at his own game and answer all of his quiz questions correctly.

Now, the way you’re supposed to do this is to go to the opposite side of the library and talk to Perrin’s brother Merrin, who will give you a stack of books to read. The information in those books should tell you everything you need to know to pass Jebediah’s quiz.

However, I’m going to give you the answers to every question so you have them handy. Note that the questions you get will be somewhat randomized, so I’m going to create a complete list of every single question you might get asked. You ready for it? Here we go!

For answering all questions correctly, you will receive the Bookworm hat, plus a Lazy Gem. The Lazy Gem is especially nice, because it allows you to share experience with other Coromon. Basically, whichever Coromon is holding the Lazy Gem gets passive experience from every battle that it’s not an active participant, so long as it’s in your party.

But don’t think you’re done yet!

Later in the story, you’ll get a text from Merrin that lets you know he’s got more books for you. Return to the library in Hayville and talk to Merrin to get the new book. Once you do, Jebediah will be itching for a rematch. Talk to Jebediah to kick off the “Battle of Knowledge” quest, which has you answering some harder questions.
