Dead Island 2 - Blueprints

In Dead Island 2, there are 85 crafting blueprints to find and collect as you make your way through Hell-A. Some of them are hidden in the world, some can be purchased, and some can be earned as rewards for completing quests or challenges.

Blueprints are valuable, because they allow you to customize your weapons to add damage types or perks that will help you get through the game. Need a weapon that deals fire damage in order to complete a combat challenge? Well, it’s much easier to mod a weapon than to try to find one with that specific damage type in the world.

So I’m going to walk you through every blueprint in Dead Island 2, and explain where to find them all.

But before I do that…

A Note on Blueprint Challenges

There are seven Blueprint Challenges in the game, and each one unlocks a blueprint. These don’t seem to advance until you’ve unlocked the ability to collect zombie parts (which happens midway through the main story quest “The Giant-Slayer” in Venice Beach). Before that, you can see the challenges in your log, but they’ll all remain at 0, whether you complete the objectives or not.

Okay, so let’s go find some blueprints!

I landed here because I’m stuck at 42/43 at Weapon Perks Blueprints, but did everything already. I hoped to get that last one with the help of this guide, but I now just saw that you also only have 42 of 43, so is that that bug in the game or is there a 43th somewhere that currently nobody knows where it is?

Thank you very much for the reply.

But do you know what, I just now found the last one I missed, it was “Hair-Trigger” and then of course the question was which one you miss in the list. So I compared them all and you miss “Balanced” which would come just after Slaughter in your list.

So I’m at 43/43 now and found all 85.

Balanced:
Heavy Attacks charge faster and use less stamina.

Material:
5 Fabric
5 Scrap
4 Metal Parts
2 Synthetic Fibers

Where:
Purchase from Carlos at Emma Jaunt’s house Bel-Air
(But its apparently for pre-orders only)

I also have to mention that I play the game in German and it is therefore not that easy to compare the names because many things have different names.
