Cyberpunk 2077 has been fighting an uphill battle ever since it launched on December 10, 2020. Complaints about the state of the game have been intense, especially when played on previous-gen consoles (PS4 and Xbox One).
Follow that up with the fact that CD Projekt Red apparently offered refunds on the game without clearing this with the big dogs at Sony and Microsoft, and you have a recipe for disaster. In fact, this is a recipe for a billion-dollar-losing disaster.
So maybe it comes as no surprise that Sony has announced that they’re de-listing the game from the PlayStation Store and offering refunds for anyone who purchased it there.

Cyberpunk 2077 Refunds
SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, therefore we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice.
Once we have confirmed that you purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store, we will begin processing your refund. Please note that completion of the refund may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
