No Place for Bravery Art

One of the coolest things about Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is how different it is compared to other FromSoftware titles. Sure, it’s super difficult and dark in style like the studio’s other works, but the combat just hit differently. And as great as it is to see different Souls-likes and games inspired by Dark Souls, it’s cool that No Place for Bravery from Glitch Factory and Ysbryd Games is specifically being touted as inspired by Sekiro.

No Place for Bravery

In No Place for Bravery, you’ll play as Thorn as he searches for his lost daughter across the cold and dark world of Dewr. The game features stylish pixel art, but even though the whole thing is rich with color, the war-torn landscapes create a desolate mood on par with what we saw in Sekiro.

Oh, it’s also bloody as heck. No Place for Bravery features sword-based combat that looks methodical and challenging. You’ll engage in battles against enemies both human and monstrous, spilling blood over the land as you try to piece your family back together.

No Place for Bravery is scheduled to launch on Nintendo Switch and PC later this month on September 22.
