Hello, fellow Elden Ring armor collectors! Folks are going cuckoo for the Cuckoo Knight Armor set these days! Well, that’s probably not true, but this is still a really cool set that every completionist needs to have in their wardrobe. I really do love the royal blue feather tufts sticking out of the top of the helm; that’s some serious flair!
This set includes:
- Cuckoo Knight Helm
- Kuckoo Knight Armor
- Cuckoo Knight Gauntlets
- Cuckoo Knight Greaves
- Partisan
- Cuckoo Greatshield
The best place to farm this set is really close to the Bellum Church in Liurnia of the Lakes.

From there, you want to head southeast to a patch of ruins in the middle of the road. There’s a small batch of soldiers stationed here, and it’s best to take them out from afar. As long as you don’t get too close, the Cuckoo Knight here doesn’t seem to mind that you’re murdering his friends. He’ll eventually sit back down, giving you a perfect chance at getting a stealth stab from behind.
Once you take this guy out, there is a soldier with a horn on the road, so you’ll want to get rid of him as quickly as possible, then mount up and take on the two mounted Cuckoo Knights in the area.
Here’s a video of me doing this full run, which takes less than two minutes once you get your rhythm:
Oh, and people sometimes ask about gear in the comments section, so I’ll let you know what I’m using here. In the above video, I’m wearing Lionel’s armor set. My main-hand weapon is the Lazuli Glintstone Sword +8 and the staff is the Academy Glintstone Staff +17.
You’re going to want to do this run during the day, because at night you’ll have to contend with the super-tough Night’s Calvary boss (he’s actually not that tough, but he does replace one of the Cuckoo Knights, so it’s much faster to farm this during the day).
Also, the drop rate seems really low, so getting the full set could take you some time. Just keep at it, and eventually you’ll collect all six pieces.
Stat-wise, this set falls neatly between the Godrick Knight set and the Mausoleum Knight set (though it does have a helm, unlike those poor headless Mausoleum Knights). Here are the full stats for this set:
